Welcome to the P.A.E.S LAB and the Career Exploration Curriculum
, I want to welcome you to the P.A.E.S Lab and the Career Exploration classes.
The Practical Assessment Exploration System , P.A.E.S. Lab for short, is a comprehensive assessment system that provide students the opportunity to explore a wide range of “hands-on skills which they would encounter in technical, education classes, vocational classes, and employment. P.A.E.S helps students to explore their own interests and abilities and decision making process which leads to a successful career.
Career Exploration or Transitions Curriculum is designed to empower students with the skills, goals, and choices they need for a full life in their community. The transition curriculum is also based on the premise that students gain personal power when they set goals,learn employability skills, and make productive choices.
